This is the page where I'll describe myself in more detail.

My 35 years of teaching include public school, 5th grade through 12th, a 2 year college, a 4 year college and a university. I taught instrumental music as well as music history, music theory, concert, marching and jazz bands, as well as chairman of the music department.

I did a great deal of performing. My instruments are clarinet, flute, alto, tenor and bari saxophone. It was a pleasure and a privilidge to perform with people like Bob Hope and Dick Contino. I have now pretty much set my instruments aside as far a playing in public. I still practice at home for my own injoyment.
